We were fully prepared to pay for a new roof for the purchaser, but John guided us through the logic of offering a closing credit equal to half the price of a new roof. This ultimately saved us real money and is only one small example of how John always acts with his client's best interest in mind. John's pragmatic, logical and ethical approach to real estate transactions is what keeps us coming back time after time.
